About the Course
🌿 Full Tea Course
This course offers a clear and structured introduction to the six types of Chinese tea.
Rather than focusing on brewing techniques, it invites you to understand tea more deeply—through the ways it is shaped by process, time, and environment.
Beginning with a foundational introduction, the course moves through each tea type individually, helping you recognize its characteristics, understand how it is made, and place it within its historical and cultural context.
You will explore:
Green Tea — Freshness & Clarity
White Tea — Simplicity & Stillness
Yellow Tea — Subtle Transformation
Oolong Tea — Balance & Complexity
Red (Black) Tea — Depth & Global Journey
Dark Tea — Time & Transformation
In addition, bonus classes introduce the cultural/historical and philosophical perspectives that have long shaped tea culture, offering a broader way to reflect on what tea represents beyond the cup.
All lessons are self-paced, with no schedule or time restrictions. You may begin at any time, move gradually, or return to the material whenever you wish.
**Each lesson includes English and Chinese subtitles, and all worksheets and reflection materials are provided in both languages.
This course is designed not only to teach, but to offer a steady and lasting understanding—one that deepens each time you return.
